Falcon Travel Company is offering an opportunity to soccer lovers and travelers from Malawi to go and watch live the FA Cup final in England.
The FA Cup final will take place at the majestic and historic Wembley Stadium on May 19, 2018.
The travelers will be in London from 18-21 May.
According to the firm, interested Malawian soccer and travel enthusiasts will have to pay £1300 (about K1.4 million), which will cover the cost of a return air ticket, accommodation and a tour of the city of London.
Kellington Simbota, founder and chief executive officer for Falcon Travel Company, says they want to create something special for all the soccer lovers, hence creating the chance to go to Wembley and watch the match.
“We are an in-bound and out-bound tour operator, we have been organizing family holiday packages, religious tours to Jerusalem and Saudi Arabia and this time we wanted to do something for the soccer lovers”.
Simbota says the advantage is that the price tag is fair.
“As you know the cost of the package is 1300 pounds, the price alone is an advantage because it includes a lot of things; the cost of flights, accomodation, the game ticket, and the participants will have a chance of touring London,” he says.
The company is expecting a minimum of 15 soccer lovers, who have until February 18 to register.
Simbota, speaking on the progress of registration, says: “So far so good as a lot of people are showing interest, so we believe we will have a definite number by the end of the offer period”.
