Mzuzu Fashion Week Mango Style and Fashion awards are now set for March 2018.
This follows the postponement of the awards at the just recently held fashion week in the green city which ended on October 15.
Wezi Mzumara, co founder of Mzuzu Fashion Week confirmed the development saying they will be reopening nominations.
Mzumara said the postponement was due to a clash of events.
“We did not want to clash with UMP as well as giving time for models/designers and all the other categories to professionalise the portfolios and business profiles when submitting” said Mzumara.
She further added ” so quality of submissions is high and competitive on an international level not just mediocre”.
The categories remain unchanged for designer of the year, stylist of the year, model of year (male and female) photographer of the year, make up artist of the year, best dressed celebrity of the year (male and female) and lifetime achievement award.
