National Cleaner Cooking Awareness Campaign (NCCAC) has entered into partnership with Fredokiss and Ghetto Gutter Entertainment to support his Mzuzu Stadium concert on December 9.
NCCAC says the financial assistance is from Irish Aid.
According to NCCAC official site “the aim is to make sure that more Malawians adopt fuel-efficient stoves which are beneficial to human health and the environment at large”.
“Malawi is currently playing an integral role in fulfilling the global Alliance for Cleaner Cookstove’s goal, to disseminate 100 million stoves to the households by the year 2020”.
Fredokiss has since confirmed the partnership development.
The Malawi government pledged to disseminate 2 million stoves by the year 2020.
This campaign is part of a holistic effort employed by development partners.
To ensure that people stop using the three-stone fires by adopting fuel-efficient stoves.
The NCCAC was launched on 5th June, 2017 in Lilongwe.
The campaign has since been implemented in Mulanje, Blantyre, Mangochi, Karonga and Ntcheu.
